Information about the delivery of purchased goods.
Your purchased goods are shipped via DPD courier service. Orders are shipped to the following countries:
- Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy, Romania.
All orders placed by 12:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day.

The cost of delivery is given together with the amount of insurance - parcels are each time insured up to the value of the order. In case of damage to the company's tapes, the completeness of the goods received should be checked in the presence of the courier. If you find any deficiencies, you should draw up a protocol (it is the only basis for accepting a complaint about the incompleteness of the goods). Shipments usually reach the addressee the next day after sending. In case of temporary shortage of goods in the warehouse, you will be informed of this fact and the associated possible extension of the delivery time.
